Something to Think About!

One day, a man went to visit a church.
He got there early, parked his car, and got out.
Another car pulled up near and the driver got
out and said,"I always park there!
You took my place!"
The visitor went inside for Sunday School,
found an empty seat and sat down.
A young lady from the church
approached him and stated,
"That's my seat!
You took my place!"
The visitor was somewhat
distressed by this rude welcome,
but said nothing.
After Sunday School,
the visitor went into the sanctuary and sat down.
Another member walked up to him and said,
"That's where I always sit!
You took my place!"
The visitor was even more
troubled by this treatment,
but still He said nothing.
Later as the congregation was praying
for Christ to dwell among them,
the visitor stood up,
and his appearance began to change.
Horrible scars became visible on his hands
and on his sandaled feet.
Someone from the congregation
noticed him and called out,
"What happened to you?"
The visitor replied,
as his hat became a crown of thorns,
and a tear fell from his eye,

"I took your place."

Every Woman is Beautiful

"Why are you crying?" he asked his mom.
"Because I'm a woman" she told him.
"I don't understand," he said.
His mom just hugged him and said,
"And you never will"..........

Later the little boy asked his father,
"Why does mother seem to cry for no reason?"
"All women cry for no reason"
was all his dad could say........

The little boy grew up and became a man,
still wondering why women cry.
Finally he put in a call to GOD;
when GOD got on the phone,
the man said, "GOD,
why do women cry so easily?"
GOD said.......

"When I made women she had to be special.
I made her shoulders strong enough to
carry the weight of the world;
yet, gentle enough to give comfort....

I gave her an inner strength to endure
childbirth and the rejection that many times
comes from her children......

I gave her a hardness that allows her
to keep going when everyone else gives up
and take care of her family through
sickness and fatigue without complaining......

I gave her the sensitivity to love
her children under any and all circumstances,
even when her child has hurt them very badly.......

This same sensitivity helps her make a child's
boo-boo feel better and shares in
their teenagers anxieties and fears.......

I gave her strength to carry her husband
through his faults and fashioned her from
his rib to protect his heart......

I gave her wisdom to know that
a good husband never hurts his wife,
but sometimes tests her strengths and
her resolve to stand beside him unfalteringly......

I gave her a tear to shed,
It's hers exclusively
to use whenever it is needed.
It's her only weakness....

It's a tear for mankind........."

The beauty of a woman is not
in the clothes she wears,
the figure that she carries,
or the way she combs her hair…

The beauty of a woman must be seen in her eyes,
because that is the doorway to her heart,
the place where love resides.
The beauty of a woman is not in a facial mole,
but true beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul.

It is the caring that she lovingly gives,
The passion that she shows
and the beauty of a woman with
passing years only grows!

A New Day...

So unexpected, A welcomed surprise...
You entered my life, Yet with such cloudy skies.
A heart in its healing, A soul made to hold...
A bond in creation, More precious than gold.

If this life is eternal and there's truly no end.
I'll be thankful each day, I could call you my friend.
Seems that I wasn't looking, So I couldn't see
What I might have missed, Had you never found me.

I thank you for this, With much more than my heart
My puzzle was lacking while you were the part.
I am searching for words I might seek to repay
The gift of your friendship You gave yesterday.

I wish I could take, All the pain from inside
And exchange with a smile, every teardrop you've cried.
Or by taking the hurt, In your soul that you feel,
I could turn into words, That would help you to heal...

If you look through your heart, with your soul and your mind
A candle is burning, like no other kind.
The flame of your passion, your will to hold on
A feeling so deep and worth stumbling upon.

The heat will not burn you, It's a warmth from your soul
So relax, close your eyes as you feel it console.
But if you should forget, The path that it takes,
Forgive of yourself, For we all make mistakes.

I will give you my hand, I will help find your way
Just remember each sunrise, begins a new day...

Butterflies

“Butterflies” are an indescribable feeling, They are thrilling and exciting and there’s nothing else like them. I love the feeling.

The simplest things can cause them to appear… simple messages, the pause, spending time just for you in the net, ways he shows he care for you, all the jokes and laughter and even looking at his photos..

You don’t know what you have until you lose it

You always know what you have, you just never thought you would lose it……..Sometimes no matter how much you miss someone it’s still wiser to/not to have that person… back again.

Hearts are easily torn but can also be sown together by someone who cares…… Though the scars won’t fade, the stitches will always be there to remind you that someone loves you enough to keep you whole again.

Goodbyes make you think…… They make you realize what you’ve had, what you’ve lost and what you’ve taken for granted. They make you realize that sometimes, there are no next times, no time outs and no second chances.

It’s okay to cry as hard and as long as you want to. Just make sure that when you stop crying, you won’t cry for the same reason anymore.

It’s not easy letting go of someone you’ve put everything into. But it’s harder to realize later on that you’ve been holding on to something that wasn’t there… anymore.

How can we love people who don’t seem to make things worth at all? Why do we become so numb caring for people whom at times don’t even think of us in a day or two? Why do we let ourselves hurt and continue hoping for a love that makes us defenseless?

And why do we prioritize these people who only choose us as options? Are these the reasons why sometimes in love we end up losing ourselves? Sad but true…

Pain is when you can’t breathe even if your chest still rises and falls……Sadness is when you look out the window and think the rain are your tears……. Loneliness is when you still feel a hand touching yours even if there’s none…… Desperation is when you wait for a message that will never come…. Then love is merely when you experience all those things and still open your heart to that someone.

Don’t be bitter and full of hatred when the one you love doesn’t love you the way you love him or worst yet lose the one you love…… Ask, listen and let go. Don’t force yourself to understand when you can’t, to fight hard when obviously it’s over and to play deaf to the nagging truth that what you’ve had doesn’t work and won’t work anymore. Instead, say: “I have loved you more than you think I would, but I feel sorry that you’ve lost your chance to be loved more than you would ever feel in your life after this…”

In life, we always search for answers because we want to prove ourselves that we had the right decisions but the truth is we can’t search for what is not there……. Things happen because it is meant to happen. That’s why we forgive people even if they hurt us, we love people who don’t love us and we smile despite every painful crash in our hearts……. At the end of the day, the lesson you get are the answers to your decisions.

When something is over, don’t always think that it can start again. When it’s broken, you can’t always put back all the pieces… life is not the way you want it to be, when you know that someone is hurting you so much, just stop! It hurts a lot, but you must learn to let go. Don’t’ push yourself too hard, just remember that in every ending, there’s such a thing that we call… beginning.

Sometimes you need to set things free even though it’s hard. Things may not be the same but soon you’ll see that what you did is far better than before.
